Each order is carefully prepared with the attention we give our Made-To-Order pieces:

  • Processing Time: 1-2 business days
  • Dispatch Days: Monday-Friday (excluding holidays)

Shipping Methods

We offer two refined shipping options to complement your shopping experience:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95)
    – Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    – Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
    – Includes tracking and insurance
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50)
    – Carrier: EMS
    – Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
    – Includes basic tracking

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote regions.

Returns & Exchanges

Should your Bridal Gown require adjustment or your During The Day ensemble need refinement, our returns process mirrors the thoughtful craftsmanship of our A-Line Dresses.

Our Return Promise

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unaltered, with original tags attached
  • Process Time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their delicate nature or custom design, the following cannot be returned:

  • Earrings (hygiene reasons)
  • Lace-Up Heels (safety reasons)
  • Beaded Gowns (custom embellishments)
  • Made-To-Order items (personalized creations)

Refund Details

For Bride To Be purchases over $1,000, please allow additional processing time due to enhanced quality checks.

Exchange Requests

For Fitted Dresses or A-Line Skirts requiring size/color changes:

  1. Follow standard return process
  2. Specify desired size/color in your email
  3. New item ships after original is received

Additional charges may apply for price differences in Bridal Gowns or Glitter Gowns exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your Feathers-accented piece or Cut-Out Dress arrives damaged:
