At Luxe In Dress, we take as much care with your returns as we do with the hand-sewn details of our 3D Floral gowns and Lace embellishments. Should your Bridal Gown or During The Day ensemble require adjustment, our policy is designed with the same elegance and precision as our A-Line Dresses.
Our Return Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items, provided they are in original condition with tags attached and unworn. Like our Made-To-Order service, we handle each return with personalized attention.
The Return Process
- Initiate Your Request: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the item(s).
- Approval: Our Washington-based team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Refund Details
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we process your return. For Bride To Be purchases over $1,000, please allow additional processing time.
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Exchange Requests
For exchanges on Fitted Dresses or A-Line Skirts:
- Follow the standard return process
- Specify your desired size/color in your email
- We’ll ship your new item once the original is received
Additional charges may apply for price differences in Bridal Gowns or Glitter Gowns exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your Feathers-accented piece or Cut-Out Dress arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement with the same care we give our 3D Floral collections.
